What to expect on timing, pricing and how we work.
Once you start, will you stay on the job and finish it?
Yes, with the exception of weather delays and occasional delays from coordinating subcontractors, over whom we have less control than our own employees.
How long will the job take?
It depends on the job, but here are some typical timelines:
Bathrooms: 2–3 weeks
Kitchens: 3–5 weeks
Additions: 2–4 months
What will it cost, and will the price change?
99% of our jobs are done on a fixed-price basis with a written contract that includes a detailed description of the work, payment terms, construction drawings when necessary, and other terms and conditions. The price only increases if we find hidden existing conditions or damage, or if you decide to make changes or add work.
Like our contracts, most changes are made with a written fixed-price change order, approved before the work is done.
When can you start?
That depends on current work in progress, contracts already in force and any weather delays affecting current jobs. Contact us for a more specific timeline.
